a) Device Information

When you use Seavan products or services, we may collect information about the personal device you use to log in, including audio and video device information, operating system and version, browser information, IP address, system disk storage space, and computer identification information (such as MAC address).

b) Data Actively Submitted for Specific Services

When using Seavan products or services, the products may use built-in or external cameras, microphones , and speakers of the device. When using sharing features, screenshots may be taken based on your choice for sharing purposes. When using recording features, recorded files will be stored on the server for an extended period, and expired files will be deleted.

Basic information provided during account registration, enterprise account creation, member account creation, meeting room device account creation, or cloud meeting room creation.

c) Log Information

Seavan products or services may collect log information locally by default, including device IP address, error logs, system crash logs, software operations, user click behavior, and audio/video quality data such as volume levels and packet loss rates.

Audio/video quality data does not involve your call content and is only used to analyze audio/video quality. To facilitate troubleshooting and improve service quality, users can actively submit log files to the management server, or administrators can collect log files through the management platform.

d) Password Information

Seavan products or services may collect password information locally, including login account, login password, and meeting password. Password information is encrypted and transmitted to the server for authentication. After user authorization, this information is encrypted and stored in the local database.

e) Other Information

Personal data obtained from business partners through legal means.

2.2 We may use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Creating accounts to provide you with our services and technical support;
  • Providing updates and upgrades for our products and services;
  • Providing information you request;
  • Managing and improving our products and services;
  • Evaluating our products and services;

Please use our products correctly and legally to prevent others from obtaining your information and communication content. Do not disclose your account, password, or other details. We are not responsible for any personal data leaks caused by sharing your password or account with others. If your account is accessed illegally, please notify us immediately. We recommend changing your password regularly.
